Championship Interview with Jekegr Stables
What sparked your interest in virtual horse racing?
I am fan of horse racing. When i stumbled across Digi it was a good fit. What do you look forward to most when playing on virtual horse racing?
I think i probably look forward to the auctions more than anything else. How does playing on virtual horse racing compare to real horse racing?
The connection is abit of a narrow thread. but, some ways it is better. and others are abit worse. Tell us about your first winner and your other top horses.
it wasn't my first winner. but, a horses named Batton Princes was one of my first claims and won a couple for me. i was hooked. Cho Cho Cha Boogie recently retired. he was my first good horse. he won the conso at 2yr. ran 2nd in the champs at 3yr. and then finished it off by running another 2nd in the stayers champs this past season. i currently have west of the pecos. a very good older filly. she won the stayers champs this past season. Tell us about your best win and why it meant so much.
My first champ with rumbling ryan. you never really know for sure that you will ever win one until it actually happens. List some of your top achievements.
this is a very competitive game. and i guess that solidifying myself in the top 10 is an accomplishment that i am proud of. What do you typically do before a big race?
nothing really Tell us about your most memorable moments on virtual horse racing.
it has to be the evening that west of the prcos popped out of the ring. just going thru that 1st training cycle, i knew that i had a money maker. What are your goals for your future racing on virtual horse racing?
just refining my strategies and maintaining a competitive position. What advice would you give to new virtual horse racing members?
attaining and maintaining success at digi is a process. not an event. Name the best horse, in your opinion, belonging to a fellow member.
during my time here, it has been king domination. What is your favorite real horse racing event?
the kentucky derby. Are you involved in real horse racing and if so in what capacity?
in my early years i was involved extensivly in horse racing. now, just a horse player. What are your goals for the future of your stable?
over time i need to increase the size of my stable up to around 200 and at the same increasing the % of added money runners.

| 10 December 2010 What does it feel like to win a Championship race? It is really exciting. It took me awhile to get a champ and if one plans to play the game for awhile it is a milestone i was striving for.How optimistic were you about winning and who was your biggest rival? I had 3 qualifiers for the 2 yr old sprint. My winner was a relatively cheap auction buy and certainly not my best that season and not even my best in the race. just got lucky. What routines do you follow before the race / while watching the race? No special routine. I called a buddy of mine the like to get the results of competitions like this. How do you prepare for a Championship Series & what advice would you give other trainers? No special preperation. I just try to get the fitness level maxed out. How do you celebrate the Championships? Me and the old woman had a nice dinner. What does it feel like to win a Championship race? It is really exciting.
