Is Digi's race programmer really the axis of evils in the world of horse racing?

Shore Stables asked if there really is a race programmer, and being a fair question, as he is the axis of necessary evils in the world of virtual horse racing, we asked him to reveal himself. This is a first on Digi because he really is more elusive than an Enron accountant, but he told us about himself, virtual horse racing- and even posed for a portrait.
